When will my order be shipped?
Here is an explanation of how your order is shipped and the shipping timelines:
I am not a business so I am not available 24/7. This site is a one-man show. I have a regular job from 8am to 5pm. I go to sleep at 10pm. When an order is received and payment has been cleared, I package and print shipping labels just after 8pm the night before. I drop off packages at the post office during my lunch hour which is at 12pm. There is no other time for me to ship items so there is no same day shipping. In order to best give you a shipping date for your order, I have established a cut off time for when an order must have been placed and payed for. Therefore, the following shipping schedule is as follows:
I ALWAYS ship the next business day if payment has cleared before 8pm Mountain Time. Orders placed after 8pm will not be shipped until the following day i.e. place an order after 8pm on Tuesday and your order will not be shipped until Thursday.
My post office does not open on weekends. Shipping is only done on Weekdays.

How do I know I can trust you?

What if my item hasn't arrived or arrives broken?
I package my items very securely. If you are purchasing an item, please add the cost of shipping insurance to your item if you would like to protect yourself against lost/damaged goods. How can I return an item?
There are no returns on anything new.
Unless you were sent the wrong item (meaning that I sent you an item that was not the same one in the listing), there are no returns on anything used.
I have 100% positive feedback both on eBay and eCrater.
Although I have not experienced anything lost or damaged in the mail, please don't forget to purchase shipping insurance as I am not responsible for anything lost or damaged in the mail.
You will always be sent a tracking number for proof of shipment and proof of delivery.
Any refused packages or returns of working items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Even though an item states "free shipping", the actually shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.
What does my order include?
All pictures (Except those labeled "stock photos" for some new items) were taken by me. What you see is what you get. Please do not assume anything else is included that isn't shown in the pictures. What does "On Sale" mean?
Sometimes things will be put on sale for a lower price. The lower price is already reflected in the price you see. Not everything will go on sale. The sale lasts until a certain amount of page views have been generated for that specific item.
Can I get a faster shipping service?
Yes, please contact me through email@example.com BEFORE you buy with what type of shipping service you would like and I will quote you a price.
Priority Mail is usually only about $1 - $3 more on most of the items that I sell.
I am an international buyer, do I have to pay customs fees?
It depends on your country but if any customs fees arise, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying all fees and taxes. I will not mark items as a gift or under value them to avoid these fees. Any refused packages incur a %15 restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Can I put a purchase on hold?
No. No items will be held for a later purchase. Until payment has been made, an item is buyable by any customer. Placing an order and not completing payment does not remove an item from stock.
As the buyer, you are responsible for researching and determining if a product you are about to buy does what you need it to do and if it comes with what you need.
If an item or accessory is not listed in the page or not shown in the pictures, do NOT assume that it comes with.
